Could he be the son of George Attryde whom Charlotte married in June 1853 ??
PP-160 Surrey Historian checked parish records for All Saints, Kingston-upon-Thames and IGI for christening record under the name of George Hallett - found none She also searched non-conformist register and Register of Names - none.

Jean Attride said that her Aunt Alice always had said that her father,
George was born in Kingston on Thames in Surrey, England, but Jean had
visited England and looked at birth records there but found no record
