Betty Morely’s info in Edgar’s book says that Christiana Cress married Wm H. Hughes and that Wm H. Hughes’ father was Anderson H. Hughes - so I assume this is the same Anderson H. Hughes who married Christiana’s widowed mother, Delilah Hamm Cress. Further hint at this connection is that Wm H. Hughes and Cristiana Cress had a son named, Anderson H. Hughes which is the name of Wm H. Hughes father.
Were he and his wife dead by 1850 since they are not shown on the Gallia co., OH census (SV-284) ??
